Nutritious Food for our Rural Communities

Good morning. My name is Ivyana Guzman. We are currently in Tranquility, and it is a small rural town about an hour out of Fresno. With the closest grocery stores being about an hour, affordable grocery stores, you know, this is really important and it's truly a blessing for every single one of these community members. We notice here in the Valley, primarily is a lot of individuals who experience diabetes, high blood pressure, & cholesterol. So for the food bank to be able to provide nutritious vegetables, it's really important. It helps to educate them. It helps remind them that, hey, you know what? Fresno cares. The Valley cares about you and your health and your well-being. And ultimately we want to see them live long, healthy lives,
