Hello everyone, I am one of DHHSC staff who have been working with families through ROCK, a free program that my co-worker Jesse and I founded to provide services for parents to learn American Sign Language to communicate with their Deaf and Hard of Hearing children. It has been growing ever since and our four offices were doing well with home visits until the pandemic hit in March 2020. Since then, we have faced additional challenges, including less access to remote services for some families.
